CERN Hadron Collider Restarts On Easter Sunday

As it turned out, the CERN Hadron Collider's startup was on Easter Sunday.

Why on a Sunday?

And why on Easter sunday?

The years 2014-2015 are seeing four "blood moon" total lunar eclipses. If that's not enough, add this: each of them falls on a Biblical holy day, and that's near to a statistical impossibility. But .....there's more. Between them is a total solar eclipse on the Rosh Chodesh, the first day of Nisan, Passover month. And later comes another total solar eclipse.

I might not have picked up on the collider's startup on an Easter Sunday, except that I've been so into watching the eclipses falling on Biblical holy days. And ....though I know that "Easter" is a pagan goddess holiday named after "Ishtar," it just so happens to fall this year on the correct date of Resurrection Sunday, the Sunday after Passover. So .....
